“Walk On the Wild Side”
Date: Friday, February 20, 2009
Description: Join CROW for a competitive nature walk through
“Ding” Darling’s Wildlife Drive with identification
stations for flora and fauna along the 3.5 mile trail.
Test your knowledge against other participants or
just enjoy the peace and quiet without cars, trams and bikes
while Wildlife Drive is closed on Friday, February 20, 2009.
Registration is $35 per person, children 12 and under, Free.
Registration includes the walk, a 2009 event tee shirt for
registered adults, CROW private label bottled water, lunch
and a door prize ticket. Reservations, paid by MasterCard
or Visa, can be made by calling CROW at 239-395-0048 or by
mailing your check for $35 per person to

after January 5, 2009.
“Something to CROW About”
Wine Tasting & Auction
Date: Sunday, March 8, 2009
Description: This will be the fifth year for this event
benefiting CROW. The evening will have a number of different
wines for tasting and drinking, fabulous food will be set
up around the facility to give guests an opportunity to
enjoy live music, and fabulous items up for silent and vocal
auction, the majority of which is inspired by wildlife and

CROW’s 29th Annual Taste of the Islands
Date: April 26, 2009
Description: A day of food tasting from the Islands’
most popular restaurants along with live music by Southwest
Florida’s favorite band, “None Other,”
along with fun for the whole family.
